UTMB Health Pediatric Primary Care, Bay Colony

Never in my life have I ever been to a clinic more understanding and patient than this . They take the time to actually listens to your child’s concerns and they make sure to address absolutely all of them ! They do not hesitate referring your little one if they feel the need to . Anytime I need school paperwork etc they complete it quickly. Staff , nurses and doctors are all amazing and super caring ! They deserve way more than 5 starts .

Yesterday I had a medical appointment with my son, we arrived 10 or 15 minutes before our appointment, which was at 4 pm. We went to the room at 4:10 or so and spent 40 minutes waiting for the doctor, he examinated my son and said that we can leave, and make an next appointment at the front desck when we left, there was no one to attend because it was already 5pm, when the clinic close, I could not get the next appointment or excuse for my son's school.They demand punctuality but do not respect other people's time.

My kids are almost 6 and 4 and we only see Dr. Wolffarth. He’s super easy going and never rushes us out. My kids are comfortable with him and I feel like he answers all of my questions.

I wasn't going to say anything, but I have met the sweetest, better caring staff at our different utmb pediatric locations. This location is not it. The front desk woman on the left side of the office was so rude and apathetic. I called in to say I was running a little late due to an emergency. I cam not even 15 mins late to my 1 o'clock appointment on 8/30 with my 7 month old because she had been sick for over 2 weeks. I brought her in to be seen and because I was" late " they cancelled my 1 o'clock and made me wait until 2:30 that afternoon (we'll atleast you got seen you might say!) As I waited 2 families were late one was over 20 minutes late I think I heard around 25 mins and she was seen immediately. MIND YOU I got in her face because of my reason of being late is due to a miscarriag

I had a really great experience here despite the 3.7 rating. Came from mont belvieu to see Dr. Chanthu Pillai and he was pleasant, great at explaining everything and very patient considering my ignorance with our situation and all my questions. Staff at the front was nice....i didn't have any issues whatsoever. Lady who drew blood waswas super attentive and patient even when my stepson started showing signs he was fixing to have an episode or meltdown over blood being drawn. And....the lady at the front desk when we arrived and left was a delight and helpful! She actually started talking to my stepdaughter as we were leaving about crocheting. I was very pleased and happy about our experience and I'm usually the one writing reviews for negative experiences. Very rarely do i get on here
