Both of my daughters see Dr Nguyen. She is very polite and listens to concerns. She is wonderful with children. It is very too easy to make an appointment when I need to and get an appointment time that works for me. when I arrive for my appointment, I never have to wait and I am never stuck in an exam room waiting long for our dr to come in.

Front and back office staff are rude and seem like they are irritated that you are there, either that or they don't like their jobs. The medical assistant and the Dr (Doe) acted annoyed and rush thru. Did not feel helped at all and ended up going to Excel urgent care to finally get better. Do not recommend at all.

Extremely disappointed in how they handled my sons appointment. Got a call saying his apt was confirmed the day before. And then 7 minutes prior to his apt. After we drove 30 minutes and missed the first hour of his class for school. Did they call to let me know. However I was driving. Their response when I got there and told me they had just called me was “oh”.

Communication here is horrible!! If you miss a call by even 1 second, you will never be able to find out why anyone was calling you (left no voicemail either). And if you call literally right back to ask why you were being called, you get no help at all or you get the run around. So as a parent I get to wait until tomorrow (if I’m lucky) to find out if someone was calling with my child’s X-ray results and if it was something bad or not. I will never take my child here again!

This place is horrible. Nurse doesn't know what they're doing. Very unprofessional. My nephew is only 2 months old and unfortunately he was seen at this office. The nurse Erica is not supposed to be a nurse. Working at a pediatric, she supposed to know everything. She should know babies can't swallow fast enough they don't know anything. This nurse Erica put the whole liquid injection all the way in his mouth which made him choke on it. He stopped breathing and his face and lips turned purple. We didn't know what just happened and couldn't process it. The next day we called the office and spoke to the office manager Lindsey. She was not cooperative at all. She refused to accept the fact that the nurse Erica was at wrong and was trying to defend her. They don't care about the babies life. I
