Reflection Cosmetic Dentistry

This office was listed first by location for my insurance, Delta Dental. I was able to get an appointment quickly because I was having tooth pain. The staff was very friendly and everyone had a good sense of humor (required.) Dr. Spinks was very nice and knowledgeable. I have adverse reactions to the sound of drilling in my mouth, but Dr. Spinks made sure that I was not feeling any physical pain. My husband attended the appointment with me and we will both be coming back.

My daughter and I have been going for years to Reflection Cosmetics and never had a problem and will continue going without a second thought. Awesome service with all staff. Thank you for your kindness and caring atmosphere that never changes when we go to our appointments.

Horrible place! All they care about is money not actually helping the patients. My insurance forced me to go here….. after one visit I will never go back. I went to a place and paid out of pocket…. And place I went to was actually willing to help my son and do a filling. This dentist office wanted to do a crown and charge a crazy price for a lot of “codes” that wasn’t covered by my insurance…and want to tell me that’s how they do things here. If screwing people over is what you do ….. I see it!!!! I will never go here and I already reported them to my insurance company since this sad awful place of business is where I was forced to go.

DrSpinx and his staff were amazing. I was extremely nervous and anxious prior to having a tooth extracted. DrSpinx removed the tooth in just a few minutes and it was virtually painless. I can’t adequately express how grateful and relieved I was. Best dental experience I’ve ever had (by far) and I’m actually looking forward to returning to Reflection to complete the rest of the work needed for my treatment plan.

I brought both my kids in for a routine check-up at Reflection Cosmetics for the first time. The two ladies at the front desk were very polite and welcoming, but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. When my first child was called back, I noticed that the dental assistant was a student. I have no problem with students — everyone has to learn — but the rest of the staff was very short with her and came across as rude. Instead of calmly guiding her, they would just take things away and do it themselves, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. When the doctor came in, he acted as though he didn’t want to be there and barely communicated with me.
