Five Stars! I came in for a new patient endocrine appointment. Dr.Rablais was delightful and patiently talked me through everything, answered all of my questions. Reception was super friendly and the building was clean and everyone was well mannered and kind. I'll admit I was worried when seeing the bad reviews but my experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was timely and efficient, overall a perfect experience. They even helped sort out my insurance mix-up and assisted with hardship relief for insulin costs!

I was purposely misdiagnosed by the doctors to make themselves look good on paper. I am having headaches due to a car accident I had a few years ago I personally didn't make the connection at first but when I talked to some other doctors found out they were coming from the neck injury that I sustained in the car accident. I have cervical headaches which normal migraine medications will not address. Anything to do with neck or spine requires pain medication but instead of prescribing me anything for that they told me I had migraines and made me do a drug test. Even though I have all the documentation through a lawsuit that I won where I have in herniated discs in my neck and back. I've spent weeks getting put through appointments by them to get no kind of relief. They've charged my insuranc

Receptionist was very rude. I don't know if it's just that one but people need to be treated better especially in a place of health care.

If you want to come here, be prepared to wait hours before you can see a doctor. That was my experience two days ago. Never go back again!
