Extremely unsatisfied with the service and products I have received from this organization. Purchased hearing aids approximately 4 years ago and have had to bring them back approximately every 6 months or so because they stop working. Each time I come in I am charged an office visit. This is a good example of "for profit" medicine. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Went for a hearing test and it was the weirdest experience I have ever had. The doctor seemed thorough but after the test she just said you hear fine. No help with my chief complaint no advice as to what could be done. No follow up. She made it feel like I was wasting her time. Very disappointed. Beyond that the facility is nice and was easy to get in and out of. No waiting at all.

Unfortunately from here on out I will either arrive minimum an hour late to my appointment or schedule for an alternate location. It’s very frustrating to come in on time or early to your appointment and still have to wait almost an hour in the lobby and then another 45 min in the back room before you are able to see the doctor. It’s a serious inconvenience to patients especially with littles to wait this amount of time for a scheduled appointment. There seems to be a problem with over scheduling or lack of staff going on at this location.
