Am I surprised this school has a one-star rating? Not even a little. The problems run from the professors straight through to the front office. Favoritism is obvious from day one. Some students get extra attempts on their comps, mistakes are ignored for a few while others are failed for the same issue, and certain “favorites” are allowed to go over time limits with no consequences. Student rebuttals go nowhere. Staff gossip about students. It’s chaotic and unprofessional across the board. I’d say with confidence that the overwhelming majority of students are unhappy, and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. The program is challenging (as expected), but the people running it do very little to support student success. When you need help, they simply let you sink. Edit: I wanted to up

Simple answer, just don't! I am writing on behalf of my sister who graduated in the May 2024 class and attended the Latham campus. In fear of retaliation she was hesitant on writing a review but I feel obligated to be her advocate and warn those who are looking to go here. She was a near straight A student. The promised support throughout the admissions process was nowhere to be found when students actually need it. The policies are absurd and truly set students up to fail and have to retake semesters. I would not recommend this to my worst enemies and would advise you and aspiring nurses against it. Just take a peek at the student handbook and understand that the school is not understanding that we are humans at the end of the day and that sometimes life happens. They are loud in speaking
