I don’t understand the bad reviews I have this dentist for almost 27 yrs there maybe a long wait period but the service is great the receptionist is excellent very nice young lady the dentist is great that’s my experience for those years.

Definitely a great place to get procedures done or cleaning. I've been coming to them for years but the Doctor need to do better working in a speedy way. Spending almost 2 hours in the waiting room, for a 12:30 appointment is ridiculous.

I do not recommend this office. I went to this office thinking it was a great office. The receptionist started to not answer the phone, did not call me or fix the mistake she made by ordering the wrong crown which is the metal crown. After a while the metal start to show which is horrible for anyone. I explained everything before I sat in the chair, which also meant that I did not need for her or the dentist to order anything. All she had to do was call the other dentist office to transfer the new crown since they leave it all up to her. The receptionist then was upset because I assured her that my insurance approved me for a better crown. She told me that they never approve the other crown with an attitude. It was an insult to me. She did not check my profile from the previous dentist or

I can't see why this dentist has bad reviews. it's a small office very clean. Thats so important. They social distanced the chairs- AWESOME. Nice staff. Polite, quiet front desk staff. One girl helped and called my insurance and helped verify my insurance for me. The dr Talked and walked me through everything he did. He was gentle enough. He was nice and friendly. I wasn't familiar with the neighborhood but once i got inside the dentist office I felt safe and comfortable. I had a good visit. I been to enough dentist to know when i come across a bad business.

I made an appointment for earlier today, it was my first visit to this office. The office was very clean as was the dental room The staff was very nice and helpful and made me feel at ease. I went to get a tooth pulled and Dr Ben and Alicia (spell?) Were knowledgeable and explained everything I needed in detail. I walked out with a smile. Definitely will be my regular dental office!
