RUDE! Unreal disrespectful employees for no reason. Its clear they DO NOT WANT YOU AS A CUSTOMER! There's alot of mom and pop rx around this one, give your money to the many others that deserve it. Also, ask if u dare if they have dove soap and ur treated with disdain and disgust. Ask for something more they may just call 911!

This is one of the friendliest Pharmacies I have ever been in. I had to get my booster shot for, my wife, my Mom, and myself. There was no waiting and after they checked out our information ,we were taken care of right away. Doing these times, it is a blessing to have a good pharmacy close by. I have told all my family and most of my friends about Utica Express Pharmacy. They have all come back telling me how well everything went. If I ever need anything pharmaceutical, I would go back to my friends at Utica Express. It is just a nice place to be.

One of the best pharmacists ever. He really understands the exploitative nature of privatized insurance and will work with you to get the medication you need. Some other reviews have claimed this is a bad thing, but unless you’re a pharma CEO, these reviewers need a perspective change on which side they’re on.

I found Utica Express online while looking for a local place to get the vaccine. This place is conveniently in my neighborhood and the staff is very friendly. They gave me my choice of vaccine, asked me which arm I would like to administer it, informed me of any reactions I may have and it was over very quickly. I received both shots there and I have recommended them to friends. I will be taking my kids here in a few weeks for their Covid test so we can travel in August. Thanks again!

The service is good, even excellent for the most part. This is the closest pharmacy to my home, so it’s the most convenient. Unfortunately there is a miserable excuse for a pharmacist usually behind the counter who will insist on treating you like you took a crap in his cereal that very morning. On multiple occasion he has denied giving me medications because they would “cost too much for him” and he often feels the need to unload his grievances with the healthcare system on patients. “Not that they care,” “There’s no way I can get that,” and “Your doctor is making me pay for it, be grateful” are just some of the snippy comments he relies on instead of normal human communication.
