Utah Valley Pediatrics

We just switched to Utah Valley Pediatrics in Eagle Mountian because it’s much closer to our house and I am so glad we did! Dr. Mitton was very great with my kids and as a mom I really appreciated how attentive he was. He took the time to really listen to me and hear my concerns and wanted to help me find answers and lead me in the right direction. It felt great to be heard and know that our doctor really cares about my kids. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. We’re happy to be at Utah Valley Pediatrics!

Amazing team! Dr. Burgon took such good care of my daughter! He has the most gentle approach and I can tell he genuinely cares. He was thorough and professional and got her exactly what she needed. Highly recommend!

As a parent, there are moments when you feel helpless and overwhelmed when your child is sick, and Dr. Garrett Burgon truly understands and recognizes that anxious, trying not to panic, frayed nerve feeling.Dr Burgon took the time to listen to my concerns, acknowledges the worry that comes with a sick child, and explains things in a calm, reassuring way. He doesn’t just treat symptoms or diagnose, he helps you feel confident about the steps to take and why and how each one matters, so that we could make the best decisions for our daughters care. The peace of mind he brings to parents is not something you can put a price tag on for the care we received.

This is for the billing department. Our daughter had went in for pain in her legs. We were seeing Dr. Dooeley. Dr. Dooeley referred us out to a specialist and said we would end up doing blood work if the issue continued. Which it did, when I called not even a month later to get the order for blood work I was told Dr. Dooeley abruptly left the office and that I would need to see a different doctor for the order. We were charged again just for the other doctor to send in the order that we already paid Dr. Dooeley to send. Billing is standing by their decision to charge us a second time for the same thing. They also waited 6 months to send us a bill from October. We are leaving the office because the billing and charging twice for something that was out of our control.
