The staff, the doctors, and the facilities here are amazing! Super clean and friendly. Our dog is family so it has not been easy worrying about him and figuring out his new normal. We are super appreciative to have such a great vet in our area.

I was hoping to not need to travel far to help a lost cat. Someone suggested a vet office. I forgot about this office until then. I took the cat in for a microchip check. There was no waiting and no charge. Office staff was kind and helpful. Sadly one was not found. I know where to come in the future for help. Thank you

Can’t recommend them enough! I should’ve written this review sooner. We had to put a dog down last year and the EM pet care team did everything they could to help. They went the extra mile helped us through a dog owners worst day. From the first visit to even after their communication, advice, and options were clear and extremely helpful. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.

Amazing clinic! We had such a great experience. Beautiful clean building, literal pup cups for your dogs, the sweetest staff! They truly love dogs. Our tech loved my dogs maybe even more than I do? Which I didn't know that was actually possible. It made me feel so relieved to be able hand over my dogs to someone that I know will care and advocate for them as much as I would when I'm not there and they are getting labs drawn or are left for procedures, etc. Thank you EM pet care!

1st visit was great until I needed a med refill for my dog on a maintenance medication. I was told no problem- when you need a refill, just call and we can get that taken care of- then told something else completely different when I tried to get it filled- when I asked about what the vet told me at our initial appointment, I was told oh, he was just a "fill-in" vet that comes in once a week- so what he says doesn't count? Very disappointed. In response to your post; a solution could have been to have provided a 90 day prescription for my dog; letting me know that before his next fill; he would need lab work since that was not mentioned at his initial appointment when I specifically asked about refills for his maintenance medication; - not a shortened supply on an expensive m
