UT Health- Emergency Center (S Broadway)

The nurse was so rude. I bring my 10 month old to the clinic. The nurse could not even get his oxygen level while making him riled up. When I offered my help to hold his leg, she went to bring another nurse. That old nurse was extremely rude and she is saying " we could not treat him if you do not allow us to measure it". I was dumbfounded. The first nurse told the second one that I didn't allow it. What a lying immoral person. I have two kids. We just moved to Tyler from Lubbock. From experience I can tell they have no idea how to handle kids or patients in general. Then they hold the 10 month old for few minutes and he was crying his lungs out. There are better ways to do things. Even after that, they take nose swab and my son was bleeding from both of his nose. Such incompetence. Ho

I had taking my girlfriend into the doctor. I had found loose pain pills on the ground while my girlfriend was laying down. She was in pain waiting for the doctor for a r/n to walk in finally not even sign in on the computer to see what was on the chart from the last shift and said I am a doctor and yeah you have the flu everything your saying is flu! I swear he wasn’t an actual doctor! The whole experience was scratch not clean and very unprofessional! (We found pain pills on the ground) that says slit itself!

I have been here once and my partner has been here as well, both times we got the same nurse as a walk-in on the clinic side. She is extremely rude and has no manners, talks to you as if you are dumb and makes comments and remarks about your answers. When taking tests and explaining anxieties or gag refluxes the nurse did not care at all and laughed at me. This will be the last time we visit this clinic and will try our luck somewhere else.

Went to the ER this morning around 2:46 with my sister who is six months pregnant, the RN on call was great (I didn’t catch his name) that was there helped us out and got her settled for the doctor. The doctor came in and talked to her about the reason why she came in and it was from her cramping really bad and becoming uncomfortable, he told her that he would get the ultrasound tech to come check her on the baby and make sure she was ok. Long story short Misty that was the ultrasound tech was sooooo rude and made my sister feel uncomfortable even told us that the doctor lied about something he told my sister. As she was doing the ultrasound she was huffing and puffing as if she didn’t want to help or be there and she was also so rough with her stomach that my sister went home sore. If th

The ER staff is awesome! Fast, but caring service. I needed a CT without contast for my back. Didn't have to wait long for the results and also found a cyst i wasn't aware about.
