My insurance was charged for multiple cleanings and X-rays by this group over the last few years WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. I only found out because my new dentist (first one I’ve seen in 10 years because I didn’t have insurance) billed me for services and I called my insurance and there was multiple claims through USMILE that never happened!!!!

I have not been to the dentist in a while yesterday was my first time coming to this dentist or any dentist in years the dental assistant cleaned my teeth so nicely and the doctor came in, explained any and everything that was possibly wrong with my teeth as well as whitening options straightening options overall, the place is so clean all of the employees are super nice and I can’t wait to start and finish my journey alongside this dentist.❤️

YouSmile Dental Group is highly unprofessional. They charge patients but fail to provide proper treatment or qualified care. My wife had a root canal done at this clinic, and since the procedure she has been in constant pain. We went back multiple times, but instead of fixing the issue, they redirected us to another dental hospital. Now she needs a retreatment of the same tooth. We already paid $1,600 to YouSmile Dental Group, and now we are being forced to pay again at another hospital for the same problem. This shows a lack of proper diagnosis, treatment, and accountability. I strongly advise others not to go here. Save your time, money, and health—choose a more professional and reliable dental clinic.

Amazing experience. Normally hate going to the dentist, but the process was very smooth and the team made sure I had a good visit. Also everything was cleaned and organized.

My son had an abscess and his dentist stop accepting our insurance I called this place and they took him the same day. Everyone is so friendly. I really like this office.
