USMD Carrollton (Trinity) Urology

If I could give a zero rating believe me I would!! After 15-20 years of going here I was told today that a medication I've been using for years is not on my chart!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I switched Drs within the practice after one talked to me about diabetes.....I do NOT have diabetes!! His response.....Oops I am looking at the wrong chart. And also had a plan for me to lose weight! I weigh 106 lbs!! Don't think I need to lose weight!! This place has the most incompetent staff ever!! Do NOT use this practice!!!!

Scheduled appointment as a new patient before Thanksgiving. I received numerous calls confirming the appointment and was told to arriveat 7:30am sharp for my 8am. I walked in at 7:30am to be told that they just called to cancel the appointment because the provider didn't make it in. The reception person was less than pleasant. I will not be returning.

I booked an appointment about 30 days before the visit. I asked the operator if they accepted new clients. Yes, she replied, Then my second question was if they accepted my insurance, Yes she answered. I got an text message the evening before the visit, It said that my visit had been canceled. I called the next day and asked why my visit was canceled, the answer was that they do not accept new clients. So they didn't know this before? It took them over 30 days to figure it out? Very very bad service.

The doctors are great with patient care. However, the rest of the staff members have zero patient care service. I had some blood test done in December 2017 and no one call me regarding the test result. I called twice to have them mail me the result and I still haven't receive them. So after talking to not so caring staff member on Feb 15, 2018 the staff member told me that I needed a medication base on my test result. This clearly shows that they don't care about their patient health. I missed talking medication that I should have started back in December. I called the office to talk to someone who I can complain about this and of course she is in a meeting. She has my number but still hasn't call me in 2 days. Since I can't make a formal complain in person, I wanted leave my comm

Worthless. Blood test billed and not provided, has Free Test only report on a full diagnostic. Refused to fill scripts, refused to return escalation calls, refused to cancel my appointment and billed me after I got in a screaming match with an idiot on site in front of customers. BCBS is taking them out as we speak...
