I don’t leave bad reviews unless it’s to protect others, and this is absolutely one of those cases. This dialysis facility has serious issues — not because of the owner (who I truly believe cares about the patients and community), but because of a few staff members whose behavior is unacceptable and damaging. Certain staff here act like they despise the very people they're supposed to be caring for. They sneer, make sarcastic comments, and treat patients with open hostility. One incident in particular: I arrived early for treatment. The middle-aged, balding head technician made me wait over 40 minutes, then lied and claimed he “didn’t see me in the lobby.” That’s impossible — he never even came out to check. This wasn’t a scheduling issue — it was pure disrespect. Another incident was a

02/06/24 Yesterday I was coming off a machine. And my access point was bleeding uncontrollably, it took my tech "Gianna" 4 times to get it taped up with gauge. Sometimes this happens to me often. And I end up waiting up to 40 minutes to an extra hour before I leave my chair. Which feels inconvenient to me. But safety first so no complaints. Now back to my review. My tech comes back 10-15 mins later and asks me do I think I'm ready? I say, "I think I need a few more minutes" she says, I need your chair, you been on long enough. So I try to explain that I have a difficult access and some times it takes longer then that plus there were times I got home and my whole sleeve would be saturated with blood because it wasn't done bleeding when I left. That's a big NO-NO! But instead of listening to

Not a good unit to be at. They are very slow & want you to come 15min before your schedule time to wait 30mins-1hr before they even call back to get put on a machine. They’re not even nice to you. They’ll call you to come in at an earlier time but have yet again waiting forever before they call you back to be on the machine. They don’t even want help you get on the transplant list like Davita does. They make you do all the work but will only ask “Are you on the list yet” every time the social worker decides she wants to talk to you. And the receptionist at the front desk seems like she’s there for no reason. You’ll buzz the bell to let the techs know you there but sometimes they are busy so they won’t hare the bell but she won’t even take two minutes out of her day to even acknowledge that
