The receptionist was very personable and funny A+. Paul who did the hearing test was spot on and phenominal. He explained things very well with good clarity. He was very respectable as well. All the chairs in each room were very comfortable too whuch means a lot becoz i have back isuues A++++++ all the way around, great experience!!!
I went in to see about hearing aids and Paul, the hearing specialist was extremely nice, explained everything very clearly, and took the time to ask me if I had any questions. The receptionist was very friendly when I walked in. I enjoyed my visit immensely and highly recommend this place if you need hearing aids.
We were pleased with our visit. From our initial reception, to our extensive and detailed discussions regarding our concerns to our knowledgeable testing and explanation of results. We felt that we were being cared for with respect and understanding. It was a pleasure to meet the staff and look to working with them in the future.
They are great! They are knowledgeable, friendly and service is wonderful. I have had nothing but a great experience every time I am there.
