Dr Bandy is very thorough. This was my first time seeing her other than my actual colonoscopy and I was very impressed with her knowledge. She gave me numerous suggestions on what to do for my problem set me up for some tests. The nurses and they were very pleasant. Been experiencing symptoms since 6/20/25, was able to get an appointment in July after a trip to the ER and saw Dr Shiny. Labs were ordered and were submitted 7/26. Few weeks go by and I’m still having symptoms so I call and leave a message and say “hey I never got my test results back but I can’t get through a work day so I need to know what I can take/do” I got a call back a few hours later saying “the labs were inconclusive. It is today 8/14. How can a medical practice not notify a patient for that long that a test needs to be redone and consider it good patient care? I have no idea what is going on with my health and it feels like this establishment does not take the concerns of its patients and quality of care seriously. Dr Hameed is an incredible doctor, US Digestive Health is garbage. They tell you that it's time to schedule an appointment and then when you call they tell you there's nothing they can do except put you on a waitlist because "their systems are fully booked and only release time blocks sometimes". I'm not sure how that translates to patient care but it makes me want to change doctors despite how great Dr Hameed is

I had a very good experience at the Royersford Office. When I called for an appointment In January, I was given a date in April. I asked to be put on a cancellation list. I received a text message that I was able to answer quickly and get a new appointment in February. I thought the administrative staff was very nice and very efficient. My appointment was with Dr. Bandy. I felt very comfortable with her right from the beginning. She is very warm and easy to talk to. She asked a lot of pertinent questions trying to figure out my issues. She didn't just stare at the computer the entire time, she looked at me and we had conversations.
