I was very impressed by the facility. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and very respectful of my HIPPA information. The nurse who took me back was very professional.Dr. Douglas was very thorough with me and we developed a plan of care going forward. Finally, I appreciated the ease of s healing and appointment and was pleased that, as a new patient, I was seen within 10 days of calling.
My first time experience at US Digestive Health at Oregon Pike was the best. The staff were so friendly and helpful. So willing to please me and they scheduled all of my other appointments, too. Dr. Lee was very professional, caring and detailed at my visit. I liked that he wants to do the tests that are necessary to rule out any other issues. I feel confident and less worried about my next test . Thank you!
Dr. Morgan was absolutely awesome!!! She was very nice but serious at the sametime. I have visited other gastro doctors in the past and felt uncomfortable. I always felt like I was just another number with other doctors. Dr. Morgan was on top of my issue and listened to me and took the time to figure out my problem and how to treat it. I would recommend her to anyone.
My experience here was wonderful ! The staff was very kind, caring & considerate. Chuck was amazing! He was compassionate , very thorough & always asked if I had questions & understood his explanations. I felt so comfortable in his care of my situation & very relieved after we spoke. Absolutely love the whole team here. They are one of the most friendliest, thoughtful, hilarious team of experts who excel in their field/jobs. Very informative, making sure you have no uncertainties regarding what procedure you're having done. Terrific team dedicated to providing excellent services.
