Dr. Markos, the nurses and entire staff were great! Everyone is very friendly, polite and professional. Dr. Markos has great bedside manner and a good sense of humor. My nurse Jen Smith was awesome. She did a great job of explaining everything to me in regards to my procedure. They were also very efficient. I was in an out in 2 hours. Overall great experience.

Wonderful experience from the front desk to the doctors. They listened to my concerns and ordered necessary tests. I also had an endoscopy in their office downstairs and everyone was very kind and accommodating. I was really nervous for the whole procedure and they were very compassionate and understanding. Would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone in need of a GI doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Nam's for over 20 years and he is the most amazing GI doctor you could ever ask for. He is so kind and compassionate. He explains everything to you and takes his time. You are never rushed through. The office staff is so very kind as well. I have been through many procedures with him and office visits and would never think of going elsewhere. So I wanted to share my experience thus far with setting up the appointment and I talked to Francis, and she was excellent. She was very patient with me, she didn't rush through the process which is alot of information taking. She was very kind and professional. She listened and was able to answer all my cares and concerns. IMO that males a huge difference cause how you start is how you finish. She made it very welcoming. Nurse Melissa was truly extraordinary—her compassion, patience, and reassurance helped me feel safe and calm during a very difficult moment. She is an absolute angel, and I will never forget her care.
