If I could give more stars, I would! From the moment we walked in, all of our worries stopped at the door. We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, and instantly my daughter felt at ease — which is saying a lot considering she was there for a tooth extraction. Dr. Cate and Erica were absolutely phenomenal. Their kindness, patience, and expertise made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm, reassuring, and even empowering. I truly don’t know how we would have gotten through the appointment without them. Even checking out was seamless — every option was explained clearly and upfront, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m not sure many children walk out smiling after having a tooth pulled… but mine sure did. And that is entirely thanks to Dr. Cate, Erica

NPPDA is so good with my kids! My oldest is neurodivergent and the dentist makes her nervous. All the hygienists and doctors are so careful to make sure she feels comfortable and work their way up to using the polishing machine and x-ray. Highly recommend!!

Our 3 year old son was incredibly scared with his head down and not responding when we first sat down for his appointment. Sara the Dental Hygienist did an absolutely fantastic job at making him feel comfortable, even giving him a toothbrush to practice brushing on the characters in a book he was holding to calm his nerves. She assured us that she had time to make him feel comfortable and waited for him to perk up before looking into his mouth. By the end, my son was ear wide with a smile and counting his teeth himself. I can’t thank Sara enough for what she did to make this an absolutely wonderful experience for us today!

Love NPPDA and especially Lori and definitely Dr Wong! From singing as he enters the room to making my child feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place for kids of any age!

Friendly staff, gentle hygienists, and kind dentists! My kids always look forward to their appointments. Would recommend to anyone with young children looking for a positive dental experience!
