I've been going to Dr. Hadi since the inception of UGDA and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. As others have noted, the staff (from the clinical team to the front desk) are wonderful - they are kind, compassionate, and helpful. Over the years I've had fillings, teeth whitening, Invisalign, root canal, and crown - more than the standard cleanings. Dr. Hadi and Kathy (hygienist) feel more like old friends than your typical medical professionals. As for billing/insurance, the front desk staff are super adept at understanding your policy AND patiently explaining benefits. They make it as painless as possible in every aspect. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but it's unavoidable so I want to go somewhere I trust and UGDA exceeds expectations. My sincere gratitude to the entire team!

I recently had two crowns and whitening done and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, I was made to feel cared for and looked after. The entire staff, especially Dr. Hadi, are all extremely kind, thorough and knowledgeable. My husband and I have been coming here 7+ years-fantastic practice! We switched because I ended up getting a botched, painful filling from a completely different practice and they couldn’t figure out how to help me. I called UGDA based on reviews—and desperation. Dr. Hadi got me in quickly, fixed the issue, and I’ve been a patient ever since (and switched my husband over too)! Both dentists are extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Kathy is usually my hygienist and she just always makes my day-I look forward to my cleanings because of her! Gabby, Dr Hadi’s assist is so friendly and really works to keep you calm should you need a dental procedure. Not to be forgotten, the front staff is also so kind, and always genuinely happy to help you with scheduling or any insurance quest
