Met with Dr. Shih. He had familiarized himself with my history before we talked. He was patient and an excellent listener, took the time to explain his thoughts, made sure I had no further questions and we agreed on the plan going forward. I feel confident in his knowledge and experience. Thx Dr Shih! PS the office staff was very nice and pleasant. Also, when I needed to make an appointment initially, they were also very helpful.

This office runs like clockwork… the right hand knows what the left is doing… the outpatient centers run smoothly as well… I appreciate knowing what to expect… and the efficiency in which it’s all accomplished. My last office visit was with PA Hannah… she was excellent… listened with focus… asked questions… really partnered with me in my healthcare… consulted with the MD when needed as well. Excellent experience.

Name above should be Jean Benning. My appointment with Dr. Horwat was one of the best I have had since changing my medical providers due to a major move I made two years ago. He settled in at a conversational distance to go over my tests with me and explain the medical research on which he was basing my treatment. He answered all my questions and gave me a print-out of our conversation to help me remember what was said. He even found online for comparison a relevant test that I had undergone seven years earlier in another county and had forgotten. He took the time to check my vitals, listening to my heart and lungs, which a specialist rarely does. How many doctors do you have who never touch you? Professional and friendly.

At this appointment I was seen at my scheduled appointment time, vs the last time when I was in the waiting room for 20 minutes after my appointed time. I guess it was because I had an 8:30. Seems the later your appointment is the longer you wait. So try to get the earliest appointment you can. Overall a great experience. Andrew Gemmell was very professional and likable. He spent as much time as I needed to share my concerns, and offered different ideas to help improve my situation. He actually studied my case the night before, and knew what was going on before I arrived. If possible, ask for Andrew when making your appointment.

From front desk to nurse to doctor, everyone was very caring and professional. Dr. Christian was familiar with my case I felt very involved in my plan of care.My concerns were heard and addressed I would recommend this practice to my family and friends
