Urology of St. Louis

I was a patient of Dr. Christopher Jaeger for a kidney stone procedure (shockwave lithotripsy on 5/28/2025). I was misled about the stone size (told ~13mm in office, despite records), treatment options (surveillance never discussed; shockwave promoted as “best” with “sand-like” fragments that would easily pass — but it only broke in half, leading to severe complications). Post-procedure, on 5/31, I called in pain — the on-call doctor only advised Tylenol/Ibuprofen and to call Monday, never ER. I ended up admitted 6/1 with obstruction, internal bleeding (urine, stool, vomit, nosebleeds), and needed 4 surgeries plus multiple scans. Dr. Jaeger and his office provided no timely follow-up despite my repeated calls/messages (phone logs available). He falsely noted speaking to me when he didn’t,
