Total Access Urgent Care - Bridgeton

My daughter and I both had to be seen for similar symptoms. There were 2 people ahead of us in line. We were able to secure our spots as 3 and 4 at 5:45 pm and headed to the St. Charles Rock Road location in Bridgeton. We got there and checked in shortly around 6pm by the courteous front desk staff. We waited for about an hour (but were prewarned of the wait to be called back) and were roomed at 7pm. The room was clean, equipment is in impecable condition, and the temperature of the room was comfortable. We had our vitals taken and point of care tests performed by our Medical Assistant who was welcoming and didn't make us feel rushed as we expalined our reasonns for the visit. Overall my experience was good. I injured my leg on box and felt that it needed stitches. I wanted to be seen quickly. The ER parking lot was full so I didn't go inside and decided to google urgent care for stitches. I was nearest to Total Access and they had good reviews. I was seen right away and the staff was pleasant and professional. I also observed that the staff were working very diligently and handling business and that made me feel comfortable that I made the right choice. I haven't been billed but I am sure the cost will be less than an ER visit.

I received very timely and compassionate care. They were able to help tremendously with my acute symptoms and carefully and knowledgeably talked with me about my next steps for the continued care I required after leaving their office. There wasn't a CT technician on site, but they were able to easily set up immediately transferring me to a near location with one quickly, and when I arrived I was taken back right away, treated and back home within 2 hours. The Dr from Bridgeton followed up with me to go over all of my test results right away as well. I'm very grateful for the level of care they provided and highly recommend both the Bridgeton and 1st Capital locations.

Everybody from the people upfront when you walk in to the people taking your blood pressure oxygen levels to the physicians that come in everybody was so nice very helpful and I really appreciate it. I had cut my finger at work the day before I fell dishes flew my hand, went on top of a Broken plate. They were thorough. Tell me what to do as far as my care and I’m very appreciative.

This location was wonderful from start to finish. The website allows you to see your place in line. Everyone was so polite and thoughtful. They offered me a lay down room because they saw I was leaning over in the waiting area. Then my doctor explained exactly what meds she was giving me instead of just throwing big names. This will be my forever location unless I move far away.
