I was in severe discomfort and Dr Filoso and his team of nurses went above and beyond to do what they could to help me. I also sent an email to the nurse this morning and she called me back within 5 minutes of sending it. I highly recommend Dr Filoso, his team and the 2nd Dr that came in during my cystoscopy.

Dr. Massicotte is a gifted surgeon who gave me back my life in May of 2025. Dr. Kingston, a gifted diagnostician, saved my life in June of 2023. These men are first among equals.

This office needs a better phone system ASAP!! just waited 20 min. for my call to be answered & the women was absolutely rude! They really need to work on the customer service skills. For the record I didn't want to give any stars, but google would not allow me to post if I didn't at least give one.

Wow, people in the reviews weren’t lying about the front desk lady being a miserable rude unprofessional old lady. My boyfriend had an appointment there yesterday and he was calling to tell them he was running a few minutes late. The lady already sounded frustrated and yelled at him “Well what time will you be here.! It’s already 1:45.! We were both in disbelief that someone who works at a front desk actually had the nerves to behave like she’s working with a bunch of school children. I only gave 2 stars because when we got there, we were helped by a nice young lady who was actually happy to assist us. My boyfriend said the doctor was also very nice and helpful. Too bad that horrible lady ruined our experience and I’m sure for plenty of other people. I hope she reads these reviews and take
