Urology Clinics of North Texas - Flower Mound Office

I have had to procedures here and 4 months later I am still in pain with the same symptoms I had prior to the procedures. Doctors take off and stay home when the weather is bad. Nurses were gone for 3 days. TV, Radio News are working but Drs are not? At least try and serve your patients virtually. Not these folks. First procedure was performed by Dr. Jessie Chen who later refused to write a prescription for me. Dr. Pinkard took the entire week off without at least having someone to take his calls. Chen could’ve written a prescription for pain but again refused. I can only assume that she’s being petty because I didn’t want her doing my 2nd procedure. I’ll be filing a formal complaint against her and Urology of North Texas. 4 days, several cells in and still no help from this office. Time f

I should have looked on here before coming to this place. It’s awful. The staff is rude and uncaring. The wait times are atrocious. This is my third visit and I have never waited less than 25 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. This time was 45 minutes. The walls are thin and you can hear the conversations in the other rooms as well as the staff talking about disliking their jobs and other patients. Loud announcements with open doors of medication verification, completely ignoring privacy concerns. And that was all without mentioning the procedure itself. I had a vasectomy and it was a terrible experience. Very uncaring for doctor with horrible bedside manner. Uncommunicative about what was happening next and what I should expect. And it was a very painful. Then when I complain

I booked an appointment as I am having reoccurring issues, including sepsis from a kidney infection. 3 hours before my appointment I got a call saying Dr Chang will not be able to see me. Very disappointed, as now I’m having to find last minute care elsewhere. The next available appointment was in a week, which by that time, if I do not find care elsewhere m, sepsis will likely happen again.

Genuinely hostile receptionist. I'm going with a different clinic just to avoid future interaction/confrontation with her. Dr. Fairbanks was good. He seemed smart, professional, and courteous. I would have been fine getting my procedure from him, but unfortunately, my initial interaction was too upsetting to overlook. I'm sorry, Dr. Fairbanks, but based on my experience and a lot of reviews here, she's costing you business.

Boyfriend wanted me to leave a review. Just did a consultation for a vasectomy and the doctor just seemed to not care but this star is for the receptionist at check out. She would roll her eyes, scoff, and seemed to laugh at his hesitation on scheduling since the next one is months away. We both were uncomfortable with her reaction to trying to make a decision. He more than likely wants to look for a different office to perform it because of this.
