Jackie Young provides amazing massages in Flower Mound. Her Whole Body Wellness Center has so many valuable services for healthy mind and body. I highly recommend her and appreciate her knowledge and gifted hands.

Jackie and her staff are simply amazing people. Warm, friendly, and Jackie has a ton of knowledge and training. I had plastic surgery after significant weight loss and Jackie set up a plan to reduce my swelling and inflammation and keep an eye on my incisions and scars as I healed. I could not ask for a more caring, empathetic and nurturing person than Jackie! She's a lovely person to talk to and I 100% recommend My Body Wellness Center.

I took advantage of one of the “happy hour” offerings (the Infrared Sauna) and teamed it with the Ozone Foot Bath today! As another small business owner in Flower Mound, I appreciated the discount and the opportunity to take advantage of some self-care! The office is so peaceful and relaxing and I always feel so much better after some self-care! I highly recommend taking an hour for yourself and utilize one of the many options available!
