My first experience in your office was great. The receptionist was very nice. She processed my intake in a timely manner. She informed there maybe a delay in being seen. However, I was seen within 20 minutes. All of my questions were answered and I left confident in my treatment moving forward.

I was impressed with the Dr. Dr Bloch. Good bedside manner-knowledgeable-and kind. Very happy with my experience. The girl I dealt with behind the counter was nice and helpful also. I need a pre authorization for my medicine that was prescribed to me so I have a call in for the girl that handle this situation. Let's see if I am as happy with her-hopefully she fixes this in a timely manner...

First impression. This is a busy office, however, it is well run, the front office/reception were helpful and nice. I never felt rushed. The medical assistant explained everything and answered my questions. Dr. Bloch was super attentive, asked good questions, was an active listener. He gave me excellent advice and feedback. We discussed options, and agreed on a course of action. He was super easy to talk with especially about something so personal. I actually left feeling much better, I just had a consult with a great doctor and now have a plan.
