First appointment was very positive and informative. Dr. Baumgart was very knowledgeable and took note of my concerns including a course for continued care. Office staff was friendly and inviting. Thank you

I wouldn't send a dying cow there. Our experience was awful. The office staff is very rude. We went there to follow Dr. Baumgard. My husband's appointment was at 8:30 am,we were still there at 9:00 am. Someone came in to see the same Dr as my husband and the staff said we didn't hear right that the other patient wasn't seeing the same Dr they were full of it we know what we heard and we walked out. I also heard those witches laughing. Which I know they will lie about it. Believe me I will be getting a hold of the insurance company if you try charging for his appointment. I will definitely explain to them what happened. I had to go back in because I forgot my cane and they wouldn't even look at me .

Very professional and friendly staff. Despite my anxiety over the procedure, they eased my discomfort and quickly and efficiently completed their task without much discomfort or pain.. All in all, it is a very competent, kind, and friendly office.

Dr. Myers is very knowledgeable, was well prepared and thorough. An additional bonus - Dr. Myers is caring and personable. We are, in my opinion, very fortunate that Dr. Myers comes to Maine to see patients.

My son was told, 'these things just happen sometimes.' Well, we went to Fore River Urology in Portland (amazing folks), and my son is now getting treated for his problems. With surgery!!!! Thanks for nothing.
