I could not be happier with Dr. Bonitz and the entire office. The doctor and his staff were wonderful. They throughly explained every aspect of my treatment and followed through exactly as described. Easy to communicate with and totally professional and courteous throughout the process. Highest recommendations possible to the doctor and the office.

Unfortunately, my experience with Urology Associates in Shrewsbury was very disappointing. I encountered significant issues with communication, scheduling, and overall coordination of care. Calls were not returned promptly, information was inconsistent, and the level of attentiveness fell far short of what I expected from a medical practice. These problems caused unnecessary delays, frustration, and a general lack of confidence in their ability to manage patient care effectively. I hope they take steps to improve their communication and follow-through, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. I feel like I’ve wasted an entire year with their services and it set me back in terms of my well being. I’ve found a new Dr. and the difference is noticeable.

Horrible unsanitary customer service. The lady in the front who can’t stop coughing to save her life. Coughing, sneezing and blowing her nose while my significant other is sitting in front of her checking in and blaming it on a tickle and allergies is absurd. Also touching paperwork without using proper sanitary measures. Just watching the news this morning flu and Covid numbers are rising in the tristate area this is not a good professional look. Why is she not wearing a mask? We are coming to your office for medical care. Why should we have to be exposed to these unsanitary conditions?

First met Dr.Aly in the hospital for my husband,and now I’m a patient as well.He is a Grand fellow,quite a doctor! His staff in particular Joell,and Elissa also receive 5 gold stars.Very helpful,and friendly.Would recommend him with sincerity.

My first and last time there! Wow! Is every woman behind the desk just extremely insensitive, unprofessional and rude or is there a physiological explanation ( menopause, pms, hunger). Except for Allysa-she is cool:) I am a very well mannered woman -saying please and thank you, probably more than necessary, according to my husband, however do not mistake my kindness for weakness and think one staff member after another will exhibit unprofessional behavior. We are patients. This is the last place we want to be and we are not familiar with the protocols that you deal with daily. You do your job. If it’s too overwhelming for you, I understand, take a vacation or perhaps this is not the right occupation for you. Our job as patients is to get better. I have fortunately NEVER had and likely won’
