Across the board, I did not feel supported while with TLC. The O’Briens are a kind couple, but I often felt dismissed when I brought up questions or concerns. My son was born via vacuum, which caused a hematoma on his head and, in turn, jaundice. His numbers fluctuated significantly in the hospital, and upon discharge, the doctors required us to return twice a day for blood work—even though I was only three days postpartum—despite my repeated requests for him to receive light therapy while we were still admitted. I understand jaundice can often be linked to the gut, but in my son’s case, it was clearly from the blood cluster on his head. We love the O’Briens and Amy! We see all of them and they are all very thorough and always so helpful and calming. Recently our 2 year old had croup and I called and was able to bring her in right away to see Amy! We couldn’t be happie!

TLC Pediatrics is so great! We see Amy Coyle there and she is always so welcoming, kind-hearted & reassuring (especially being a first time mom) All the staff is so friendly and always greets us with open arms. We are so happy we chose them!

Dr. Tom is amazing! All of the providers are great. Very understanding, competent and deliver great care. The office staff is wonderful and make everything easy!
