Urological Clinic Southeast Mi

I have been seeing Dr. John Harb for years. He's always been compassionate, thorough and professional. He even made a few phone calls to help me get in to see other doctors who had vey long wait lists. All around a great guy and my treatment has been top-notch. I recommend him to my friends and family. His staff is great too.

Paid the bill immediately yet have received 15 pieces of mail demanding payment. Absolutely crooked billing system. Avoid.

The only way to pay them is by check, in person, or over the phone. I called multiple times and left 2 voice-mails to please call me back so I could pay them but instead sent it to collections. They have the worse hours possible. They have horrible customer service.
