HMC Urgent Care Livonia

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. I was seen quickly, and everything was explained clearly without feeling rushed. NP Ahmed was truly outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and very compassionate. He actually listened to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with the treatment plan. It’s rare to find a provider who combines professionalism with genuine care, but NP Ahmed absolutely does. The facility was clean, organized, and well-run. This was hands down one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. Oh my goodness....love this office. The front desk: SO NICE and quick. The doctor was fantastic; seriously considering making him my primary care doc. Did not rush me, listened to everything and checked all the boxes. First time I think I've ever been heard by a doctor. I appreciate that so much. Clean place and great care.

We went to this urgent care because they were open late. They brought my partner in quickly and fixed him up! They were knowledgeable and kind. We left within 30 minutes of arrival! I hope we don’t ever have to go to urgent care again, but this would be my place of choice. I would recommend this to anyone needing a quick visit for quick, comprehensive, and friendly care. 🙂‍↕️♥️

Newer place that opened last November Clean facility, Communicative friendly staff. Dr Laura was very thorough and patient. I didnt catch the receptionist name but she was very kind and even shares my date of birth ♐️ Definitely recommend. They also have large displays on the wall with interactive anatomy which os great for explaining things to the patient or perhaps even explaining to the doctor where you are feeling pain?
