This was my first visit to this office and I saw Dr. Andrew Salib. First, let me say that I found the office staff very friendly and extremely helpful. The office was clean and seemed to be run efficiently and I was seen by the doctor in about 15 minutes. Dr. Salib took the time to sit with me and explain in detail what he thought was causing my pain. I never felt rushed. I was sent me for a CT scan, which I was able to get the same day. I was very pleasantly surprised when Dr. Salib called me himself to let me know what the test showed. I am very happy with this office, staff and doctor and would recommend it to family and friends.

I had my first visit today with Dr. Salib. I found the office very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Salib is professional, explains, and answers questions, in an easy to understand fashion, cared about what I had to say and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with this office and my experience. I originally found the practice through Google.

Dr. Peter Howard is the best. Compassionate, clear about conditions and procedures recommendations. Can’t give 5 stars because the office personnel needs to improve. I don’t agree with those who have depicted them so awfully. We are all human beings with good days and bad days. I know how having a bad day can affect my mood. But I do agree, there’s definitely some improvement needed. I hope, I pray, they work towards getting better at their jobs. May they remember that today they are serving people who are sick and desperate and tomorrow they could be a patient in another health care provider.

01/05/2026: Today was my annual visit. Victor J. Ferlise, M.D. is consistently professional and answers questions in a clear manner suitable for a layman, me. I have been visiting this Health Center for several years and am satisfied with their services.

Wow. What is being said here in these very negative reviews dovetails with my experience exactly. First off, there's exactly ONE staff member there who really works hard and deserves compliment (C- her name). In my instance, I provided proof of insurance for April- did that not allow me to schedule an appointment for April?? Shockingly, no. I have forwarded my complaint to Horizon BCBS, and will probably forward it to other regulatory agencies, as this is completely contrary to sound medical practice. Harmful, inasmuch as I need to have a procedure done as soon as possible. Staff are, unfortunately, dismissive, abrupt, and at times, unprofessional.
