Dr. Nosti is an outstanding urogynecologist and surgeon. From the very first appointment, he took the time to listen carefully, explain my condition in a way that was easy to understand, and discuss all available treatment options. His knowledge and expertise in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery were very clear, and I felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care. For me this was a very stressful medical condition I was experiencing and what really stood out to me was his compassion and professionalism. He made what could have been an uncomfortable and stressful medical situation feel manageable and treated me with genuine respect and kindness. Dr. Nosti repaired a prolapse for me in early October, 2025. Dr. Nosti came highly recommended by close family and friends that work at St. Luke's. The surgery and recovery went very well. He was very informative about the procedure and professional both pre-op and post-op. He has a great bedside manner and is a very caring doctor. Dr. Nosti actually called me at home the day after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok. I feel so much better and wish I had done it sooner. Outstanding Care! If you are suffering from pelvic organ prolapse, don’t wait as long as I did. Dr. Nosti and his staff are very professional and treated me with a great deal of kindness and respect. From the moment I met Dr. Nosti I knew I was in good capable hands. He listened as I explained my symptoms and went into detail on how he could surgically address and remedy my urinary problem. The day of my surgery procedure I was met and made comfortable by a team of professionals. After I was prepped Dr. Nosti came in and described the procedure. The anesthetic came in, calmly put me under and the next thing I knew the procedure was successfully completed. I was cared for until I was well enough to be sent home. Once home and after a days rest Dr. Nisti called to check on me. Very caring. I recommend his pra time to any woman experiencing any urogynecolic issues.

I am posting on behalf of my wife. We have held off posting but feel like we are doing a disservice by not saying something. My wife had surgery many years ago. She had a prolapse fixed and a hysterectomy. I’m just so thankful that we and our daughters have her today. She went in one day and woke up the next day with a breathing tube, oxygen and her hands were taped to the bed. It was one of the most horrific days of my life. During the surgery, she bled out which is still unknown to us as to how that happened. She had a 10 pint blood transfusion and almost needed a 2nd. She has faced extreme trauma to this day and will not go under anesthesia because of it. She has transferred her care and will never go back to this office. Her new urologist was shocked at what damage had been done
