Incredibly frustrated with Urgent Way Clinic Hamstead. I called ahead and was told the wait was only 10–15 minutes, yet I sat there for over an hour. The lack of honesty regarding their schedule is disrespectful to patients' time. Avoid this clinic if you expect accuracy or efficiency

I came into the urgent way in Hempstead today and was helped by the receptionist Reyna who was super sweet and helpful . She got me all set up within minutes and was very professional and kind. She then brought me to see the Provider Minoo who again was prompt and did not have me waiting very long for service . She sent me medications to alleviate the pain I was having and she was also very sweet . I recommend anyone with urgent conditions to come to this location for quick and accurate service . Thanks again team

Not as urgent as it seems. Urgent care should have Doctors as soon as clients walks in what's the point else wise. Seems like nice workers though. Time issue. No light in bathroom ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Update on September 24, 2025 at 11:18 a.m. After getting the treatment plan from the doctor at UrgentWay Hempstead I was relieved from what I described to the doctor and got relief from her treatment plan. You can get good service at this urgent care. Thank you for reading

I came in for a visit on Monday. The medical assistant was very kind and the provider was extremely professional as well. Definitely will be my urgent care!

I love this place Reina is the best she's so warm inviting and professional I definitely recommending them to others and coming back myself
