Want to go back in time when a pharmacy and pharmacists knew their patients and aware of medications be it new or existing, well hard to believe but Hempstead Drugs provides this. They provide a service that exists including delivery. I will never again use the “Chain Pharmacy” again. You never speak with anyone and just put in numbers only to find the medication is out of stock. At Hempstead Drugs you ALWAYS speak with a knowledgeable person and tell you honestly when you will be able to receive your medication. Unbelievable Pharmacy I live in Queens and will only use Hempstead Drugs.

This pharmacy supplies the prescriptions of Hofstra students while they live on campus, like me. I was off campus for mid-semester break, missed three calls from Hempstead Drugs on a Sunday, and didn't hear from them again and haven't received my prescription in over two weeks. Ridiculous service. Delivery driver will spam your phone to no end, without saying who they are. 11 missed calls on a Sunday during mid-semester break when I'm not even on campus. When I called to ask if they had any intention of ever delivering my prescription they acted as if the ball was in my court because I missed a few calls from the pharmacy itself OVER TWO WEEKS AGO.
