I made an appointment for 4:30pm I arrived at 4:30pm , I then had to enter security code so someone could buzz me in. I was not told this before I arrived. A young lady cleaning next door told me. So I entered the code. Rang and then voicemail picked. Meanwhile light rain/sleet is falling. I had to call the main office and the rep said someone would be right down. 10mins later I had to call them again and I was put on hold, told to enter the code again, and finally got a green light. I made my way to the office and no one was at the desk,, A man with a stethoscope came out he said the girl was on break. I should have seat. I sat down waited an additional 10mins 10 minutes as he disappeared in the back, mind you the office is completely empty. I cough loudly and he Remerges. He Begins

I never do reviews on any place but this place is a legit scam, I went in for a Simple Urinalysis and I paid out of pocket, I was told to come pick up my result, when I got there.. the front desk was telling me that I had to pay $100 for me to get my results. Ended up not paying and the doctor gave me my results after going back-and-forth for 10 minutes. Fast forward, 4 months later.. I’m getting a Medical bill from Sunrise Medical Laboratories for things I never requested and for me to pay $1100. Do yourself a favor and never go there.

This place is a scam. I went over there to do a DOT exam. And they split the bill in 2-3 different tests so they can increase the price. No wonder why is always empty and noone goes there

I was going to leave it alone because i don’t usually like leaving bad reviews on medical facilities but this place has changed severely in the last year. First off the door wasn’t working and when i called the receptionist He said he’d call the front desk and after 5 minutes someone else had to open the door. But the receptionist was the only nice person in all honesty. Then they tell me i have a $25 balance which i said was impossible since they take the money right they and there everytime and he confirmed with billing it was a system error. Then the doctors comes to the waiting room as there was a small emergency and asked me what i was feeling and when i told him he asked if i had allergies and it could be my allergies as if he didn’t want to see me and wanted to dismiss me. Utterly ridiculous medical facility. Brought my son there who is sick, and because the doctor who sees kids isn't there, he can't be seen since the other doctor only sees kids 5 and up. If a kid is sick, you help. Don't bother coming here.
