The staff at Urgent Vet in Overland Park were wonderful. They were able to get me in on the weekend within 1 hour of my call. Their service was professional and compassionate. I was able to get my dog on medication immediately, which prevented further complications. They called me the next day to follow up on her symptoms. Two thumbs up!!

I took my dog here for gastro issues, they literally just ran blood work and sent me home with meds for to bring his appetite back and to suppress nausea/diarrhea. I ended up taking him to my regular vet the next day because he had zero improvements and was actually much worse and they kept him for observation, gave him fluid and antibiotics, and different meds. The vet at UrgentVet even said to me "he's a little dehydrated" I told them he has drank water for three days.... WTH. I'm so thankful my vet took care of me and my dog. He also ended up having massive bloody diarrhea while at my vet. And my vet was extremely disappointed in the care my dog received at here. I called this clinic upset that I spent $1000 dollars on blood work and meds I never used and stated I would like a partial

Absolutely Amazing!! Our vet techs name was Molly. She did an amazing job with my dog. She was very gentle, caring, and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable and helped me get a better understanding of what was going on. Our veterinarian was Dr. Rhodes. She did awesome, my dog usually doesn’t like to go to the vet but she loved this one.

I came in with my dog who had diarrhea for 3 days. Signed in before I arrived, and within 10 minutes I was seated in a private room with her. Incredibly friendly and professional staff who made my baby feel as comfortable as could be. Took a little bit for a doctor, though a case of diarrhea isn't nearly as life threatening as some of the others arriving. Within 2 hours, my dog had blood work done (with results), stool sampled, medication prescribed, and a complimentary rinse off! Significantly more affordable than any emergency vet I've been to. Could not recommend this place enough. Thank you.

I was pleased with my experience. They got my cat in right away, were caring and thorough and upfront with their pricing. I didn't think my cat could wait for me to try and get a few hours off work to take him to his regular vet. It's nice to know there are options. I would use them again.
