Urgentology Care - Arlington

My family has been coming here since they first opened! Love the care and compassion. Will always come here for all urgent care needs. With 4 kiddos It’s more frequent than we like! This minion knows our family history 🤣

Really had a worst experience. Very unprofessional and inexperienced. I just went there to draw blood out for some tests. I had an appoinment but they made me waiting inside the room for an hour and when the nurse came to take the blood out he could not find the veins. I do my blood testing every 6 months and I never had a issue before at any other clinic. This nurse try to draw a blood out from my hand and missed it there as well so I decided to leave. I recently moved nearby this location and gave it a shot. I am pretty sure I am never coming back here. I went to other clinic the very next day and they did it quickly at Optimal Lab Test in bedford. I was in an out in less than 20 mins.

I had an earache, so I got there around 4:00, got my co-pay taken care of & was immediately called back to the room. The nurse was super nice, then the PA came in & was done & out of there within 10 minutes. Super nice people & very clean inside. Highly recommend when you can't go to your PCP.

They were the most affordable in my area for the visit, they helped minimize my cost. The office is super clean, they have a small area for kids. Easy parking. Didn’t take long to come to the room! The visit itself was quick but I’m feeling better so clearly they know what they’re doing! Definitely going back for future care!

The process to check in was extremely easy, fast, and the receptionist was super kind! The nurse and doctor were thorough, and very professional. This is one of the best urgent cares I have ever been to, and I would recommend it to anyone in the area! They are so nice and professional, and they were very reassuring and seemed like they knew exactly what they were talking about and answered every question I had.
