Dr. Donald and Crystal are the absolute dream team! This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care… I made an appt for the urgent care online and came in. The check in process was so easy and I was seen immediately. Crystal and Dr. Donald are both very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Dr. Donald was genuinely interested in knowing what the root cause of my problem was instead of masking it with another solution/medication. I truly appreciate the service I received from this urgent care.

They were so polite and caring, I genuinely felt like all my needs were met, I tend to be sensitive when it comes to getting blood drawn, the provider was very careful and knowledgeable. She made sure I felt okay, checked in on me, and was extremely sweet. If I ever need further care, I’m likely to come again

Made an appointment and confirmed appointment and they never opened up. We waited a half hour and left.They are closed despite the sign and the confirmation of my visit via text and email. This is unprofessional and they should be embarrassed of their service.

Dr. Martine had the best “bedside manner”, was patient and understanding while my head was swimming. Rosie was also as nice at reception, making sure I was comfortable and getting me water. I don’t want to go back to my primary…lol

They did not check my throat to see if I had a sore throat or if I had strep throat or anything in general. Also try to prescribe me the wrong medicine and the pharmacy thankfully caught it.
