I can move without pain again! I’d tried traditional PT without any improvement, so I was skeptical when I walked in at the Box Doc. However, I was desperate to try anything to, at least, minimize the pain and discomfort—there were nights where I’d lay in bed crying, thinking I was doomed to live in pain. At my first consultation with Dr. Madison, she asked me questions about my day-to-day, and helped me realize that even little things, like how my screens are set up at my home office (I’m a writer), were impacting my neck and shoulders. The box doc is a fabulous place to recover and improve mobility and strength. I came to Jaime with an injured shoulder. She was able to pin point the exact issue and give me exercises to improve. I can’t express enough, the gratitude that I have for Jamie and the box dock team. I can finally work out and not be in pain As well as get better with each workout because of the correct positioning with my body.

Jaime was phenomenal, I felt like I was family from the second I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile, and her facility is extremely clean, and top notch! She took extra time and care to fully understand what was going on. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I left with full confidence that I chose the best PT in the area and will be back to feeling 100% before I know it!

I came in to see Lottoya for my back pain and sciatic nerve pain. Her overall assessment was very thorough and she explained as much as possible so that I would understand. She did some myofascial release work that had me yowling in pain on the table but afterwards my body felt more relaxed than it had in a month. (And she didn’t make fun of my pathetic whimpering.)
