I think they lie about being out of certain medications. I don't mind if they lie about being out of one of mine, but when my son is sick, and they say they don't have it I can tell by the tone they are using with me, and no eye contact that they are lieing to me. They've lost all my business altogether. Now they are rude and disrespectful and I don't appreciate it. That's not good customer service whatsoever. They can find someone else to be rude to. I'll do business elsewhere. That's the downfall of mom and pop chains. They do what they want. I won't get anything else filled from there because they'll say "their out" anyway. What a waste. I'd give negative stars if I could. I hope beth sees this. I got a kid coughing up a lung I'm so pissed. I'm beside myself.

Would have given them 25 million stars if I could and I'm not even related to anyone here! These people are the BEST! They have their act together and always get everything right! I almost hated to give them a review because I don't want everyone knowing how great they are, but that would just be selfish of me!

Urgent Healthcare Pharmacy is great! They work with you AND for you. I have all my prescriptions filled here and do not consider going elsewhere. They are not only prompt, but answer all my questions and concerns. I appreciate their willingness to help in so many ways.

VERY good prices with or without insurance and the staff is great. Very nice and knowledgeable. They also give you a syringe with your script if it’s liquid without being asked which seems like something small but getting a syringe at the big name pharmacies is like pulling teeth sometimes. Little things make the biggest difference. Also, they explained the dosages and directions very well. Great customer service. I wish they had a drive-thru! I’d recommend them to anybody though.
