The hearing instrument specialist is absolutely great. Very professional and really wants to help. As I am a former sound engineer, all my questions about sound frequencies were all answered, and correctly I might add. The hearing aids are great, best i have ever had. The office was neat and clean. I rate a 5 star in everything.
