Urgent Care | Vancouver Clinic Ridgefield

I had a great experience getting a cyst drained. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived early for my appointment and they got me right in. Paige the PA gave me options on a path forward and once a decision was made, executed quickly.

I made an appointment same day, and when I arrived I was immediately pulled back into a room. NP was in the room within 15 minutes of me entering the building. She ordered X-rays which were completed promptly. NP was back in the room within minutes to go over results. Total time spent in the building was under an hour. Everyone I interacted with from start to finish was lovely. It was prompt, service was friendly and warm. Would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone. Lovely staff, super clean, efficient.

Visited the Urgent Care Clinic with a very simple condition which I presented in great detail. PA-C did not provide full adequate treatment preventing recovery. Messaged the care team to see what next steps I should take and was met with deflective and dismissive responses. Ultimately telling me to go somewhere else. Find another outlet that actually cares for its patients.

Worst urgent care we have ever been to. We waited for 3 hours to be seen. And when we got to the attending doctor, he was impatient and basically shared nothing useful with me. Told me to “wait and see!” It gets EVEN WORSE, they billed my insurance as an office visit which had to come out of my pocket completely. When I called the billing department they just sited that it’s their policy to bill ALL urgent care as office visits! Well don’t call it urgent care!!! This matters to insurance companies and to everyone. My family and anyone I know will NOT be going to Vancouver clinic ever again.

Awesome staff and doctor. Everyone there was very kind, gentle, and thurough. They assessed my injury, cleaned my wound, and stitched me up. The whole experience was faster than I expected. Thank you for taking great care of me.
