I have been a patient with them since 2022. Correspondence has always been efficient and friendly. Their team is patient and flexible; working to meet concerns with solutions. They accept a variety of different insurance options and also offer an emergency plan for those in need. I recommend Sara for a cleaning. :) She has always taken into account any concerns I’ve had and is gentle and communicative during the process. Also, Dr. Donakey is kind and knowledgeable.

I have been coming here for a few years now, and I am very happy with the care I get here. The staff, hygienists, and dentists are always knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They are a great dental office that I'd recommend to any of my friends and family. I normally have a hard time finding the right dentist, as I always feel like they are trying to find something wrong so they can get more money out of me. But I feel different here, and I've noticed that they don't pressure you to do anything. They do all they can to help you preserve the original tooth, and if there is an issue, they explain it clearly - along with any treatments they recommend. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

I’m really pleased with the high quality care I’ve received at Pacific Crest Smiles Dental. I went in for a cleaning today and had a rough spot on my tooth. My hygienist checked to see if the doctor could take a look or fix it for me, and he popped in right away and quickly smoothed that tooth for me. All my treatments have been very gentle and thorough. They don't call this Pacific Crest Smiles for nothing. I always walk out with a smile. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The dental team are very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. My Hygienist Angela is the best in the business!
