Urgent Care + TeleHealth

We had a really good experience with Urgent Care in Petaluma, starting with the ease of making an appointment (same day) to the standard of care once we arrived at the facility. We experienced minimal wait time and were in and out within an hour. Travis was courteous and professional. The facility is clean and easy to locate in Petaluma.

I found an appointment and checked in through their website. It was easy and I was seen earlier than anticipated after I arrived. The providers were knowledgeable, everyone there worked together as an efficient and competent team and they were nice to me, too. I would visit again based on the level of care they clearly have for patients.

This is a very clean, nice, urgent care clinic with very nice staff also. I am so grateful that they're open on the weekend.That is an incredible blessing! I have had a extremely painful trigger finger issue with my thumb that lasted a really long time. So I finally went in to get help. But one thing to know is that when you make an appointment online, that doesn't mean you're going to instantly see the NP because people with more urgent issues might get triaged ahead of you, I think. I did have a long wait to see the nurse practitioner but he was excellent and very good. The urgent care clinic in Sonoma where I live, is closed on Saturday & Sunday, which is a big bummer, so I drove over the hill to get in a same day appointment here and it was worth it.

Everything was excellent from check in to taking me back at my appt time. The NA and Nurse Practitioner were both great. I found the NP to be very knowledgeable and was very pleased with my care. The NA had to give me a steroid shot for my asthma and she did a great job. I barely even felt it. I highly recommend them.

Quick and easy appointment. Waiting room is very small and there is no privacy as you speak to the front desk. Everyone in waiting can hear the conversation. Also, multiple employees hanging out around front desk and laughing/joking and talking about personal things. The front area needs to be controlled and more professional. There was also zero parking. I had to drive around and even waited for a spot to open. The appointment and the medical personnel and facilities were clean and waiting were nice and professional. Also, front desk called me 40 minutes before the appointment to ask what I was coming in for and confirming my appointment? I was already in the car driving to the appointment.
