Veo Optics Petaluma

I just wandered in because an amazing architecture and found out its a very cool optic store where you can find so many lines of special frames, and the coolest thing is you can actually choose and try without asking each time! Very sweet service and absolutely not pushy made me feel comfortable. And there is DJ plays music sometimes too, very impressive!

They were incredibly helpful and attentive in guiding me to find a pair of glasses that truly fit my face. I went back several times before making a final decision, and each time the team was patient, kind, and never made me feel rushed. Amanda was especially wonderful—she took the time to offer thoughtful suggestions and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated the exceptional customer service!

Jesse is spectacular. He honestly but gently guides you to a pair of frames that highlight your best features in every way. He is an absolute delight and explained past and present technology to make my lenses. I felt informed, but I never felt pressured. I could not feel like I was in better hands and I will be coming back here for all of my future frames.

Veo Optics in Petaluma feels more like an immersive museum than it does a business. Not only is the store curated exquisitely with a wide range of unique eyewear, but the family run operation takes serious pride in their artistic ability to match style with function. I will never go anywhere else. Jesse is not only brilliant, but makes it his priority that you leave beyond satisfied. Ryan & Molly are both outstanding! I encourage everyone to visit this one of kind Petaluma location.

We met James and Jesse, the owners/proprietors of this energetic, visually stimulating, and extremely well-designed shop. Both gents are so personable and quite good story-tellers... especially about how the store came into being and the top-end items they carry. Definitely worth a visit.
