Incredibly sexist and unhelpful to women, while ironically being a largely woman-staffed location. My wife and I went in on Monday after severe food poisoning, same symptoms, same overall state of health. More importantly, my wife is actively breastfeeding and would be in greater need of care so she can provide for a child. Despite this, I (male) was given an IV for fluids and anti-nausea while she was told "go home and sip gatorade". She asked for an IV to ensure proper hydration for breastfeeding and she was told no. She hadn't been able to keep any liquids down for over 12 hours, even with Zofran tablets. After leaving, my wife continued vomiting for another 3 hours until we got her into a local IV bar who quickly helped her with everything she needed. The cost for the IV bar was less t

I would give this place 0 stars if it allowed me to! My daughter saw Dr. Kranthi last week. Her heart rate was extremely high and had a fever and she truly felt like she was going to die. Dr. Kranthi showed NO compassion to my daughter and was very condescending to her and had a very cold demeanor. My daughter heard this doctor and others in the office making light of her situation and laughing about it. My daughter called a co-worker to take her to the ER because she didn’t feel like she could drive. I live out of town and met her at the ER. She was extremely dehydrated and had the flu. Dr. Kranthi has zero bedside manner and should not be in healthcare if this is how she treats her patients. I wonder how she would like it if someone treated a loved one of hers like this. The price they billed to me was three times higher than the quote their online cost estimator provided. At check-in they didn’t mention to me that the after-insurance price would actually be much higher than the self-pay price. I’d have chosen a different billing method if they had provided adequate information. The healthcare providers were professional but the basic customer service was very unprofessional and non-transparent.

I had an extremely positive experience with this urgent care! I was in from out of town visiting my daughter at college and I needed stitches. I got there when it opened at 8:00 and I was out and fixed up by 8:30! Everyone was extremely friendly and the provider, Libby, was very knowledgeable, quick, and helpful! I would definitely recommend this place! I was so impressed.

Had a fever of 102.9 when I left the house. While I was there was told I had no fever. Came home and took my temp again and it was still 102 still. I used 2 different thermometers and took it multiple times. Update: went to Er today. Diagnosed with severe kidney infection. Now on 2 different antibiotics and pain meds.
