I love Sadie. She is super knowledgeable with her massage techniques and knows how to get all of my tough knots out. I especially love when I leave feeling like I've got "marshmallow brain." IYKYK. I'm super picky, so this says a Lot.

This was my first hot stone massage with Sadie, and very different than a hot stone I had elsewhere. In a great way! Early on we talked about my hurt spots and what I expected out of a massage. We went from there. The whole massage was great, but oh my gosh, when she got to my head....that was the best head massage ever! Seriously! I went home and spent the rest of the day in a true blue massage coma. I will be back!!! Thank you Mersadie!!!

I really liked Sadie. She was friendly but not too talkative. She was very experienced. The staff was very welcoming. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. The place ive been before had very dim lighting and the relaxing music as you walk in. I guess trying to get the Zen feelings. I could hardly see where I was going. Plus if your body is aching, you don't want to have to climb 40 stairs to get to your destination. The only negative experience was two individuals were in the hallway talking very loud during my massage.That is more on a level of respect to the clients rather than a negative review of Trifecta massage. I will be returning. Drink lots of water as you will be a little sore.

Excellent massage experience! Mersadie is incredibly knowledgeable and will cater the massage according to your body’s needs. I workout 5 days a week so I’m really tough on my body. I see Mersadie every 4 weeks to work out tight, spastic muscles. She knows exactly what I need!
