Urgent Care of the Smokies

We were visiting from out of state and my husband started having severe sciatica pain. And even though they were busy, they moved patients as quick as possible and were very efficient. The staff and doctor are fantastic and very helpful!! This will be our go-to place any time we're back in town!

While on vacation I had a medical issue come up and didn't feel comfortable waiting to return home to get it looked at. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel comfortable. Made aware upfront that they couldn't do testing for my issue but could write me a prescription for antibiotics if needed. I was more than happy with that option. I had a brief wait (less than 15 minutes) and was called back to a room. The Doctor came in shortly after I got in the room and discussed my issue and looked at the area. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend if you need an urgent care while in Pigeon Forge.

I would definitely recommend this place for urgent care. We were on a little family vacation and the girls got sick. I wasn't feeling the best either. The wait was long but that was to be expected with only one provider and a full waiting room. Very sensible and practical recommendations for treatment. Everyone was friendly and felt they really cared about the patients.

It was the third day of my vacation and I woke with a very sore throat and bad cough and did not want to be miserable the rest of my trip! Dr. Johns and her staff were amazing! They got me in and out in less than 15 minutes and got me the medicine I needed to enjoy the rest of my trip! ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY CARE!

The doctor and staff are exceptional. Even during peak hours, they keep wait times short, which is truly appreciated for those with busy schedules. I highly recommend this office they work wonderfully with all age groups.
